About the Event
During the session you will be guided through restorative/yin yoga poses and surrounded by the sound of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes.
Shayne, who is trained in Tibetan sound bowls and Reiki, joins Lyn to create a relaxing sound experience with Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, kochi and Tibetan tingshas.
Bring your own yoga mat and bolster.
Some participants have allergies to fragrances, please respect that this session is a fragrance free environment.
