Market Vendors

Thank you for your interest in the Clubhouse Moorooka Markets. This page contains everything you need to know about being a stall holder. We have two categories of stalls for vendors. You can choose either category depending on your needs.

 

Market days are held with the Sunday Shindig events at the Clubhouse Moorooka, usually on the last Sunday of each month. Some months may be a week early, because of school holidays or other large events such as Halloween.

Day markets open for trade at 12 midday and close at 4pm. Vendors are invited to set up from 11am on the day of the event. Twilight markets will be advertised as such and trade is from 2-6pm, with set up from 1pm.

 

Professional Vendors

You might decide to choose this category if you regularly trade at markets, have your own small business, or have your own market set up. You can bring your own marquee, tables, etc. You will have an outdoor, prioritised space approx. 4m frontage. Your fee includes GST and we will invoice you.

  • Stall fee $44 (inc GST), table hire $5 per table

 

Non-Professional Vendors

You can choose this category if a professional stall does not suit your needs. You might also choose this category if you are a professional vendor but just want to try us out! You will have a 2m frontage and two chairs and all stalls will be inside. We will take your stall fee payment on the day and we can give you a receipt if required. Please arrange your own payment method for your customers and float.

  • Stall fee $22 (inc GST), table hire $5 (one table only, 2m frontage)
